Important notes:
Meals
A pizza lunch will be included in the admission fee for all varsity competitors on friday. Parents, siblings and junior varsity competitors who wish to have pizza can do for $3.00 per person. There will be space to sign up for this on the registration form.
Lunch in the cafeteria will be included in the fee for all varsity competitors on saturday. Parents, siblings, and junior varsity competitors who wish to eat in the cafeteria can do so for $6.00 per person. This will also be included on the registration form.
Dinner on Friday night is included in the price for the dance.
Families can feel free to bring food with them on both days. I AM working on a dinner option for Saturday night that will be available between the end of round three and the awards ceremony. I will give more information out about this as soon as i obtain it.
All tournament workers and judges are allowed to eat in judge hospitality before or after judging a round or during the time that they are committed to work the tournAMent. We ask that everyone respect this policy since we are only planning for enough food to feed those judging and working.

Hotel
Tammy Young from SVPA has used her negotiating skills to get us a better rate at Mountain Inn and Suites in Dunlap for the Sequatchie Valley Congress Round Up! I originally quoted a rate of $79.99 plus tax, but the manager of the hotel has given us $55.99 instead. He has also agreed not to charge us tax because CCT is a tax exempt organization. This rate is for a maximum of four people per room and does not include breakfast. You can purchase breakfast for $2.50 per person. When you call to book your room, tell them that you are with the group having the Sequatchie Valley Congress Round Up at the Tennessee Guest Ranch with Tammy Young. hotel is now comparable to the lowest rate we found in Dayton last year.
