A bill to limit foreign aid.
1. SECTION 1: The United States Federal Government shall not provide foreign aid unless it is not in
2. debt. Coordinated military operations shall not be considered foreign aid under this law.
3. SECTION 2: Foreign aid includes building grants, food, and loans.
4. SECTION 3: This law shall take effect immediately.
5. SECTION 4: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
