A bill to expand statehood
1. SECTION 1: Puerto Rico shall be admitted as the 51st state in the union.
2. SECTION 2: This bill will be effective immediately after its passing.
3. SECTION 3: All other laws in conflict with this bill are hereby declared null and void.
