A resolution to require the U.N to pay rent. **East Tennessee Tournament**
1. Whereas, the U.N. resides in New York City, New York, and;
2. whereas, no rental income is derived from its usage,, and;
3. whereas, the U.S. economy is in serious condition,,
4. therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the U.N shall be required to pay rental fees equivalent to
5. the market price for a convention of similar size. Rental fees shall be divided
6. proportionally based on each participating host country's net worth. The host
7. country, the United States, shall not be required to pay rent.
